Hi Kevin!

Good to see you here - IIRC your field includes power electronics which is the sort of thing some of us like to play with.
You'll notice that the forum, like the EK project itself, has been on hiatus again - it's about time we got it revitalised so by all means post anything interesting electrical or electronic, of any age!

I was hoping to post some pics of a fairground ride (1950's waltzers) I was working on where I was called out to fix the sound system. Not a vintage fair, just a regular travelling fair. It used a lovely DC speed controller with open face resistance starter and open knife switches. Forgot to take me camera though.
